Almost finished! After almost 4 years in the writing and a lifetime of accumulated research in military history, the production of this very controversial book on D-Day is almost finished. I still find it difficult to believe how so many myths and obvious lies have been perpetuated for seventy years. It says something about how the obvious incompetence of planners and leaders can be disguised by the emotional reaction to the bravery and sacrifice of the combat troops. I think those of you who read D-Day Exposed will be as fascinated and saddened as I have become by what I discovered in my research. I have also provided a revision of D-Day - just to give the facts on how it could have been so different. I have tried to make this a book for everyone. It tells a fascinating story about one of history's most written about events. I hope you finish reading this book wondering, as I do, why no-one in seventy years has written this book before now!

Temple KehoeTemple Kehoe was a military historian with a life-long interest in the prevention of the unnecessary loss of human life from failure to learn from the lessons of history. He was particularly interested in the repeated failure of military systems to effectively use available technology to save the lives of combat fighters in war. ArchivesCategories |
